Expert staff and trainers are generally available at most Diamond Spine Fitness clubs. A new member questionnaire gives the Diamond Spine Fitness trainer an idea of your goals. Individuals with known health issues may be required to provide written clearance from their doctor before becoming a Diamond Spine Fitness member.

Each location provides many unique features including the 20-minute circuit program for stretching and strengthening of the spine. Your Diamond Spine Fitness trainer will work with you to select the circuit and equipment most suitable for your fitness goals. All members receive a thorough explanation and training demonstration on each machine. A trainer is on the fitness floor at all times and available to instruct and assist members at each fitness session.

In addition to the 20-minute Diamond Spine Fitness circuit program of stretching and strengthening, Diamond Spine Fitness members can indulge themselves with a soothing, relaxing massage in the Diamond Tranquility area each visit. Hydro Massage and Human Touch Technology (HTT), which is performed fully clothed, does not require an appointment. The 15 – 20 minute session in the massage tranquility area is included in your Diamond Spine Fitness membership.

Members may want to warm up or cool down with a brief aerobic activity on the Diamond Elliptical machine.

Innovative items for the back and nutritional products are available at the Back Comfort Store located in the reception area.
